METSIS OÜ: HIGH-QUALITY CUSTOMIZED PTO SHAFTS FOR AN ESTONIAN FORESTRY MACHINE MANUFACTURER

Metsis OÜ is an Estonian manufacturer of forestry machinery, developing and producing cost-effective forwarders, harvesters, and other machines for demanding applications. Metsis orders customized PTO shafts according to its production needs. The shafts in each series are dimensioned according to length, and depending on the type, they can be either fixed or equipped with a sliding section. The PTO shafts are strong and durable, Rein states, and he also appreciates how the products have continuously improved over time.

S&N Cardan maintains a ready stock of necessary components, enabling fast delivery of customized PTO shafts. When needed, a new shaft can be manufactured even within the same day. Transport across the Gulf of Finland is frequent, allowing deliveries to Estonia by the next day at the latest.

Technical support and customer service have been fast and reliable, Rein explains. Thanks to S&N Cardan’s expertise and flexible production, modifications to PTO shafts can be implemented efficiently, for example by referencing the serial number of a previous order. Whenever changes or new products have been requested, the process has been smooth and fast, Rein concludes.
